Qualifying to be a supplier of Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Managed Security Services

Your business will need to provide all the information required by the following criteria to complete the Marketplace application form. We suggest you gather and prepare this information before you start the application process.

The following supporting documents are not available on this page, but you will be able to access them once you are a registered Marketplace supplier and you begin an Infrastructure, Telecommunications or Managed Security Services (I/T/MS) application:

GETS:

The services or products you intend to provide must match a catalogue or service that is open for business on Marketplace. The criteria below are generic for the Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Managed Security Services channels but there are also specific entry criteria for these channels which are listed in the GETS notice:

If your business meets all of these entry criteria, you can apply through the Marketplace supplier application form. Refer to the GETS notice above for periods when the I/T/MS channels are open.

Criteria for businesses

To become a registered supplier, a business must:

1. must accept the Collaborative Marketplace Agreement terms 

2. must be an active and legitimate business 

3. must have an Authorised Signatory 

4. must have a designated account Administrator 

5. must be financially viable to provide the services applied for

6. must have in place appropriate insurance provisions

7. should not be involved in disputes or legal proceedings

Once registration as a supplier to Marketplace is granted, you can apply to list services.

Criteria for service applications

Each service Channel contains Catalogues where supplier listings are published. To join a Catalogue, a business must meet the following criteria:

1. where applicable, should demonstrate relevant experience in the services they applied for

2. where applicable, should demonstrate relevant capability and capacity to provide services they applied for

3. where applicable, must provide required security information

4. must provide a summary of services or products you are applying to provide including supporting information such as the completed service listing, case studies, the Pricebook or Professional Services Rate Card, and Consolidated Schedule I/T/MS.

5. additional questions may be asked for specific services.

The services or products you intend to provide must match a catalogue or service that is open for business in the Infrastructure, Telecommunications or Managed Security Services channel.
