Transfer of Contracting Party
Notice: Transfer of Contracting Party – GCDO Functions to Public Service Commission
This notice is to advise you of an administrative change relating to your DIA Collaborative Marketplace Agreement (CMA).
As part of the transfer of Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO) functions from the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) to the Public Service Commission (PSC), effected under the Public Service Act 2020, the Crown’s contracting party for these arrangements will change accordingly.
Effective 1 April 2026, the Crown party to your agreement will be the Public Service Commission (PSC).
This change reflects a machinery of government transfer and does not affect the substantive terms and conditions of your existing agreement, including scope, pricing, or service delivery obligations. All rights and obligations of the Crown will continue uninterrupted under PSC.
There is no action required from you at this time. We will provide further administrative details (including updated invoicing or notice information) if required.
