Service Listings Instructions
Service listing templates are used to describe the services suppliers wish to offer to government agencies through the Marketplace. The process for submitting these templates varies depending on the channel.
Service Listing Templates for Channels with Two-Stage Application Process
For the following channels, suppliers must complete a service listing template and email it to the Marketplace Team for review before publication.
Consultancy and Professional Services templates
Public Cloud Services (SaaS) templates
Payroll Related Services (all channels) templates

Service Listing Templates for Channels with Single Stage Application Process
For the following service channels, the application process is streamlined. Suppliers submit all required documentation - including the service listing template, through the online application form. There is no need to email the Marketplace Team separately.

Pricing Templates
The following templates support supplier submissions for pricing and are required for suppliers applying to offer services under the Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Managed Security Services channels.
Suppliers must download the appropriate pricing template and upload the completed file as part of your application.
The correct pricing template depends on the selected catalogue:

For services under any Channel and Catalogue other than Professional Services, suppliers must use The Pricebook template.

For services under the Professional Services Catalogue of any Channel, suppliers must use the Professional Services Rate Card template.

Consolidated Schedule I/T/MS Template
The Consolidated Schedule of Provider Information Common Across I/T/MS Service Listings template provides the purchasing agency with a consolidated view of common supplier information. This is a mandatory document that must be provided per supplier.

Engagement Notice
Engagement Notices must be submitted through your Marketplace dashboard. We no longer accept Engagement Notices via email or Word templates.
Using the dashboard ensures your Engagement Notice is correctly linked to your billing report, allowing you to submit items efficiently and with accurate catalogue data.

Billing Report Template
Billing Reports must be submitted through your Marketplace dashboard. We no longer accept Billing Reports via email or Word templates.
Using the dashboard centralises all Engagement Notice and Billing Report data. This supports more accurate reporting and a streamlined supplier experience, including the ability to easily submit bulk billing report items.
